Seller will provide Buyer with a copy of the Veterinarian's health certificate at time of shipping. The puppy will have had the vaccinations appropriate for it's age. Shot record will accompany dog during shipping. No warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied are made under this contract except as stated below. At no time will a cash refund be given after purchase of puppy. All deposits are non -refundable and all health guarantees are null and void if puppy is not taken to the vet within 72 hours.

1. The general health of this animal is guaranteed for 3 working days through examination by a Veterinarian at the expense of the buyer and all expenses concurred from this exam will be buyer responsibility. Seller recommends having a fecal exam done at this time. If the dog is found having any life threatening diseases and written documentation is presented, the seller shall replace with another puppy of equal value provided dog and/or registration papers are returned to the seller and buyer shall pay shipping cost for replacement dog. Vet expenses accrued by the buyer without authorization from seller are 100 % buyers responsibility

2. This animal is guaranteed to be free of hereditary or genetic defects visible by 12 months of age. Determination constitutes a hereditary defect is to be made by the unanimous agreement of two Veterinarians agreeable to both parties (one buyers one sellers). Cost of the opinions is to be assumed by the buyer. The seller shall: Replace with the next available like prospect provided the living dog and its registration papers are returned to seller. If buyer determines that they wish to keep said puppy with a heredity condition then seller will refund up to 25% of the purchase price of said puppy.

3. Hypoglycimia is not covered under this warranty. This is a management problem not genetic or hereditary.

4. Knees (luxating patella’s) Luxating Patella’s must be diagnosed on initial puppy exam done within 72 hours of puppy’s arrival. Only stage 3 or more diagnosis will be covered under this guarantee and surgery must be performed within one year of purchase seller will then refund 25% of purchase price once surgery is done.
