Carrie, I am not sure you will remember us but we are Gary and Patricia Docken and we used to live in Gainesville Florida. We now live in Bloomington, Indiana. We bought a Yorkie from you August 11, 2004 named Marshal. All of a sudden your former website was gone and I looked forever to find it but never did till tonight. I am sending you a picture of Marshal (we changed his name to Baci,) just taken a couple of weeks ago. He is the one on the right. He is such and sweet and lovable puppy. We love him so much.He likes to sleep under the covers at night and is not really a early riser. The other 2 are Beau on the left and Bart our 12 year old in the center. Today is a sad day as we had to put Bart to sleep as he had a tumor in his spine and could no longer walk or stand up. It all happened in the past 10 days. I was just searching the internet and happened along your new web page and wanted to send you a picture of  Baci,[Marshal}

Hi, Carrie and Steve!  I just wanted to touch base with you regarding “Tito” (previously named “Tony”), the Maltipoo I purchased from you in Mid-April.  Tito is doing fantastic!  We were having some major chewing issues the first week I got him but we are doing much better now.  He has already been through three puppy training sessions with a trainer that lives close to my house and he is catching on quickly.  I even took Tito home to my parents house in Indiana (we currently live in Georgia) this weekend and he rode with me in the cabin on the plane.  I took some Benadryl with me incase he started to get rowdy but ended up not even giving it to him.  He did absolutely amazing!  I didn’t hear a peep out of him the entire time.  I honestly could not ask for a better dog.  I crate him at night and he has never gone to the bathroom in his crate either.  I’ve heard that this is very rare with puppies to do this well.  I love him dearly and can’t believe it took me this long to make the decision to get a dog.  J

Our experience with Carrie has been a true blessing!  A tragedy at the vet clinic took the life of my first Yorkie that we had purchased from Carrie.  That same day I called her in tears but with hope that she could find a similar puppy to help ease our sadness.  Her compassion and delegacy was truly apparent as she struggled to make a perfect match for our family.  Thanks to Carrie we now have two PERFECT little girls!  I recommend Carrie if you are looking for honesty as well as top notch puppies...

Suggestion: "Add more testimonials on the website and create a page of references that would be willing to be contacted by future prospective buyers . . . make sure those references are willing to do that for you.  Website -- keep it up along with information about each puppy.  But it would be nice to see pictures of the parents of the puppies and read a description about their personality and temperament."  My experience with you was very positive.  Communication was not an issue at all even though I am Deaf and Carrie is Hearing.  All questions about Balto were answered in a timely manner and more were encouraged and welcomed.  Balto arrived quite healthy and with all his records as Carrie promised.  I have always had large dogs prior to Balto . . . Balto has taught me a lot about accepting an animal for who he/she is . . . We have named our new puppy LuLu Belle. She is quite the fit into our home. She traveled well. She arrived 2 hours earlier than anticipated but, the cargo area at RDU was wonderful. They babied her until I could get there. It was air conditioned and quite clean and neat. LuLu Belle was in perfect puppy condition on Wednesday morning according to our veterinarian Dr. Jenny .She didn't even whimper when she received her vaccinations.  LuLu Belle has already taken several road trips with us, and she is a little angel in the truck.  We all love her, and she loves us. Dear Carrie,  Falcon arrived seemingly no worse for the wear right on time Saturday a.m. He is adorable and we all love him to death. Thank you so much for this lovely little friend. He did have his first trip to the vet on Sunday and took that right in stride, though the fecal check-up wasn't his favorite. just wanted to let you know that the puppy is doing very well.  I took him for the vet check up this morning and all was well, he did not have a temperature, they did a rectal screen and check for worms which he did not have.  they listened to his lungs and checked his ears, nose, throat and teeth and everything was great.  He is doing super on the potty training (I am a stay at home mom).  he has done all of his pooping outside and has only had one accident of pee on the first night we brought him home.  Just thought you would like to know he is doing great!

Hi Carrie It’s Sal Meloro I just wanted you to know that little Joey(aka Rain man) has seen our Vet and the Vet has cleared him 100%, So with that being said Thank You very much for this wonderful sweet little guy. On Friday the day before Christmas Eve we picked him up from the airport and as soon as we got him home he fit right in to the family. "Hi Carrie!  I am so glad we found your website and I see you just updated it with some more little darlings!  Thank you so much for all your help and advice and for the years of enjoyment ahead.  I can’t believe how a little 4 lb. ball of fur can grab the hearts of so many as he has done.  He is so smart too! "He came right up to the front of the crate and was ready to meet us.  She is very playful and outgoing - thank you.  She has no problems with my Rott or the other min pin.  All is great.  My kids have worn her out and she is sound asleep in her crate.  She is something else.  Very confident.  She doesn't seem to be phased at all about coming out here."

"Just wanted to drop you a note that we did pick up Mr. Jones at the airport last night and he seemed to have a bit of jet lag but he got over it pretty quick.  My wife and two kids played with him until 4:00 in the morning!!!  Needless to say our butts are dragging a bit today.  He's a great pet and you did a great job raising him, thanks for all that you have done, you added a new member to our family, we will send some pictures soon."

"One more question, where did you take the dogs to get their ears clipped and tails docked?  My Vet said that whomever clipped their ears did an awesome job and when mine have puppies I should consider taking the pups wherever you took yours.  I don't want to drive to Oklahoma, but I don't know where to start looking around here.  My vet told me he does not know of any place around here that would do it."

"Hello Carrie,

Racer arrived right on time last night and as you thought, slept all the way home in the car and through most of the night.  I let him sleep in his travel crate which I placed in my 6 year old's bed!  The puppy was a surprise and my little guy thought he was dreaming when he found Racer in his bed with him."
